New Hemp Rules for Florida
The Florida Senate passed SB 1020 today. The bill clarifies the status of hemp under state law, authorized the Department of Agriculture to create rules governing cultivation and sets standards for packaging and testing of commercial products. The House is expected to take up the bill by the first of May.
